I don't just say 'buy' in seven different ways. Your client wants to know what the item will do to change his life and won't buy the product unless he's convinced he is getting the best choice given his budget, needs and circumstances. I don't describe anything as 'quick and easy'. I do not use hackneyed phrases. I research every item in detail. Glib descriptions do not sell products, knowledgeable reviews do.
