As a sales manager, I am responsible for setting and achieving my own targets. I accomplish these targets by collaborating with both B2B and B2C agents, delivering product presentations to clients, negotiating prices, and ensuring that clients receive the appropriate products tailored to their preferences and market demands.In addition to my sales responsibilities, I also play a key role in maintaining property standards, such as cleanliness and facility upkeep, to attract potential tenants or guests. Furthermore, I assist management in determining competitive pricing strategies aligned with market trends and property standards, thereby facilitating effective marketing efforts. Additionally, I foster collaboration between B2B and B2C agents to optimize business opportunities.
